'saling' in westfield stratford city ;)

 casual shopping outfit;
 ZARA changing room

 H&M changing room

Okay hitting you with a basic fact: IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO STRATFORD WESTFIELD YET, GO.
NOW!
It is such a great shopping centre with outdoor and indoor shops. Infact I think if not for the location being so awkward to get to for me, I would make this my primary shopping venue. There is nearly every shop that you find on todays high street plus those exclusive ones only found in certain places (for me the VANS shop). To name a few favourites John Lewis, Topshop, Zara, HMV and even Primark (which is never usually found in a centre). Not to mention the food. The food court holds so many restaurants including less popular names; from Pizza Express to Mcdonalds and Busaba Eathai to Chicago Ribshack. For those of you who don't like the White City Westfield, don't let the name put you off, another way of looking at it is it's almost like a modern version of Bluewater. Check out the website http://uk.westfield.com/stratfordcity for more information.
I can't believe it has taken me so long to get up there but picked a few things up from the sales on at the moment and finally got leather shorts! Most of the clothing above I didn't buy as they weren't on my 'list' but just odd new things. Hopefully I will get the leggings (zara) and jumper (h&m) at a later date.

For now how was the sales shopping experience for you? Did you get lost in the crowd or are you more of an internet sales surfer? (I know I got squished by panic shoppers even though I went on the Tuesday!)

P.S. thought I would show you the new nail varnish I received in the Christmas Glossy Box. It's called Razzle Dazzle Mini Nail Varnish and I think although because of the sparkles it is perfect for christmas, it is understated enough to be worn all year round. Thumbs up!

Christmas Day

 meet Missy!

So that was my Christmas day. Started off at Parkrun which for those who don't know is a weekly free run on Saturday morning at various parks in London which my mum volunteers at. They decided to have a run on xmas day as you can see even though it was Sunday; although my feet almost froze off it did wake me up for the day! Then spent the usual mornings at my Grandad's and dinner at Grandma's.

As always there are the Christmas presents to talk about and this year from my parents I got the studded Topshop shoes I was after, a new snood, some dvds, jewellery and a new coat from French Connection. As much as I loved the quality and gesture I knew I wouldn't where it that much but its always better to say than let it rot in the back of your cupboard.
Here's a few pics I took of it before it goes back;

Hope you all had a great christmas and got some great presents!
