FORD

This Tom Ford eyeshadow quad in Burnished Amber was my favourite Christmas present last year as I had been wanting this for ages ever since I saw this post on 'brown eyes shadow focus' so was so excited to try it out.

The eyeshadows are such good quality and have the best staying power. The colours are warm and suitable for that day/night transition. Plus I think they would look gorgeous on all skin tones, just type it in to google images to see some beauty shots! But lastly and undoubtably one of the best features of this product is the packaging: it comes in a leather sleeve and has the best (& biggest!) mirror out of all of my beauty products, which is great for those quick commuting moments, and the quad itself just fits in your hand perfectly. Lets just say I feel prettier just having it in my make up bag ;L

Let me know if you've tried any other Tom Ford beauty products and how you got on with them,

well 2013 didn't start off with anything except more work, that's right, school is back...

I hope you guys had a great Christmas and New Years, have you made any resolutions? Mine are to enjoy life my own way and get fit (again - running for the bus is taking too much energy these days!)

I need to inspire myself to blog more so here is a fresh inspiration blog mainly of style and photographic worth rather than a shopping lust list - however if anyone knows where to get the last coat email me asap :)

good luck for 2013 guys and see you when I see you!

p.s. if you haven't already noticed, my discount code for Motel Rocks came and is leatherclouds
 happy shopping!

when all else fails...

On Friday it was my friend's birthday and we headed to Tinseltown off Oxford Street for a meal; this is what I wore. Tinseltown is an American style diner that is huge in the US although I had never heard of it or eaten there before. The food was so good but the milkshakes were. the. BOMB! I had an Oreo milkshake - always the best in my eyes - just to see how it would rival to the ever favourite TGI Fridays and I can honestly say it may be a tie! Plus you can just go in and order milkshakes to go, which is why it is now on my hitlist for my lunch hour during work, result! As we finished the meal and it still felt too early to leave London, we wandered off with a crowd of people on a pub crawl wearing Santa hats and ended up at the O'neills pub off Carnaby Street. All I can say is the journey there was much better than the pub itself (sorry if it's one of your favourite pubs) so jumped in a cab full of excitement that London does look so pretty at Christmas...

With Christmas in mind has anyone been to Winter Wonderland yet, if so did you think it was it worth the money?

P.S. excuse the iPhone quality, I had left my SLR at school (Art A level must take priority :L )
